Abu8 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice under the following circumstances.

• Registering with false information.

• Suspicious financial transactions.
• Extended account inactivity (over 12 months).

You may request to close your account at any time. Any remaining valid balance will be refunded; however, bonus balances will be forfeited. Once a self-exclusion request is submitted, the account cannot be reactivated before the specified period has elapsed.
